CONFIRMATION

Our confirmation program is for youth in grades seventh, eighth, and ninth. We study, socialize, and serve as we read the Bible, learn about the Lutheran Church and engage deep theological reflection. Utilizing multiple avenues for engaging youth, we invite young people to learn about our faith through story, art, community service, public speakers, games and activities. 

If you want a cool place to hang out with your friends, fall in love with Jesus, and help change the world, please join us! Teens are welcome to join at any time during the academic year.

In October of every year, our 10th graders are confirmed, generally on the last Sunday of the month! This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate their good work over three years and to pray for them in their new lives as adult members of Faith Lutheran Church.

Confirmation is an opportunity for one to affirm their own baptismal vows to live among God's faithful people; hear the word of God and share in the Lord's Supper; proclaim the good news of God in Christ through word and deed; serve all people following the example of Jesus, and strive for justice and peace in all the earth.

We can't wait to journey with you as you get to know Jesus; we are so glad that you are here!
